The Ministry’s beautiful new website reflects its role as a driving force behind many of our best loved arts and cultural institutions. We wrote the high level pages, provided web writing training and edited content written inhouse.
If you’re heading North of Auckland you might want to take the toll road. Thanks to the NZTA site we created content for, paying the toll online won’t slow you down either.
Demystifying legal processes was our focus when we rewrote content for 26 tribunals in Plain English.
We worked with a leading design agency on the information architecture of the Student Loans site, and wrote content samples to help the inhouse writing team get the tone just right.
Housing New Zealand’s website is aimed at state housing tenants, community groups, researchers and government agencies. We took a plain English approach to writing the site’s content so it works for everyone.

KiwiSaver is all about making retirement savings easy. The crystal clear content we wrote for Inland Revenue’s KiwiSaver website makes a potentially complex subject accessible to everyday Kiwis.
ONTRACK’s content needed broad appeal and impeccable plain English, while meeting the needs of particular interest groups. We wrote their content and trained a group of staff in web writing so they can keep the site fresh themselves.
Our work for the National Library was recognised with a WriteMark plain English award (2007). We trained 60 Librarians in web writing, wrote key pages, edited the rest, and created a content style guide for ongoing updates.
